About Us

Montana Underground Construction

Montana Underground Construction Inc. (MUC) was founded in the spring of 2004. MUC relied on Mike Hartnett, owner of Montana Underground Construction, with his 25 years of experience in general engineering construction. MUC specialized in infrastructure improvements for local city/town, and state municipalities. In 2006, during the housing boom, we began working with private owners and developers to bring their projects to market using the highest quality and latest technics in the industry. As the industry specification and procedures continually change and evolve, we implement these changes into our quality control program.
